To All Publicly traded Companies, We hereby request
( me, myself and I ) that you please stop defrauding us investors. Please do the following:

1.) Report Net Earnings after all expenses according to GAAP

2.) Terminate all inclusion of non- cash revenue such as advertising in which no cash actually flows through.

3.) The inclusion of GoodWill as an assett be terminated

4.) In each Buy Reccomendation put out by your paid analysts it is disclosed exactly what finacial interests each brokerage Firm has in your compnay and the amount of compensation each Firm has recieved. Just as required of paid touts and News Letters.

5.) Stock options and Employee options are disclosed as losses as required in GAAP

5.) One Time charges are exposed as normal charges that are simply re-named from quarter to quarter.

6.) All news is disseminated via Bus Wire or Pr News and is made available to everyone at the same time.

7.)No updates are allowed on WEBSITE's prior to their relase to public at large.

This is a good start, lets see if you can do these things and maybe the market would regain some of it's integrity as it relates to the issuers

Now getting back to the Investment houses and teh NASD,, well thats a whole different topic and requires a whole new post.....till then..stand By
