It was transparent in several names, Intel, Dell and other garbage of that nature, that there was money trying to goose the indices up. The theory being, if you get the indices rolling, the dummies will jump on board. And they did so. However, many stocks have gone below fair value, and they deserved their ride up. So, we could have a manipulation of the big, dead companies combined with bottom fishing by valuation players.

To me, this looks like Christmas lies price action without the fundamentals of a good lie being told first. <g>
