Open Question to contributors.

I was recently talking to a student who is doing his doctoral thesis on statistical correlation between chat room postings like this one and stock price movements. He is working for a startup that works in this area. He told me the only correlation he could see in the statistics was a relationship between the gross amount of posting and the price. Hence the question:

Can anyone tell me if there is a page on SI or any other message board that lists the day to day amount of postings on each subject?
