Ram, CATP has been a strong momentum play...unfortunately it's been to the downside. agree that death of dot com mania is a net positive on recruiting and turnover, and only a small negative on demand for services, as CATP doesn't focus on the sector. between cost cutting and a more favorable environment for recruiting and turnover, it should be able to show positive earnings. this might be enough to move the stock up a bit, but until they get a management team with vision, which can persuade customers, employees and investors that they aren't a bunch of dolts......it will be hard pressed to get any real traction. way undervalued at this point, though.
