Everyone acts in their own self-interest, to the group's detriment.> I agree with the above thinking however I think the players get a little better with each cycle. I have watched the last 2 cycles closely and the one before that a little bit. I do not have facts to back it up but my perception is that the wildness of the cycle is reducing and the swings are getting to be somewhat more moderate.
