3) All it takes is a little change in the accounting rules and CSCO longs will be in a world of hurt

Do you think that if the accounting rules change, that Cisco will stand still and not change along with the changing environment? Do you think that the potential changes are going to come as a surprise to Cisco when they happen such that they will not have made plans for it?
