While I believe Bush is correct, I do agree he should have kept mum about Serbia until after the election. However, Bush concerns about military readiness and morale are not BS. Far from it. Time for you demolibs to acknowledge the Clinton/Gore gutting of our military. It makes no sense to reduce our force structure by one third while greatly increasing our international deployments. The negative effect on readiness and morale is undeniable. JLA
