Rruff - Yup, your recollection tallies with my own. I see the board "negativism" as a consequence of the company's mismanagement, rather than the other way around. FWIW I just wrote up my thoughts about what I thought had happened at Yahoo! at - messages.yahoo.com I can't find any links to the old thread. I lost track of the thread after the re-org, and am not sure if it was censored or just moved to a new ID. My one warrant has nearly doubled in value now! Mark
