How dramatic of you GST!

Of course I remember 1973 and 1979. How could it be worse this time, GST? Do you remember the the political and economic circumstances in 1973 and 1979? There is no comparison today.

You keep coming up with these nightmare scenarios without any backup, which frankly I find irresponsible of you. As long as relations are good between the US/EU and the moderate states of the Arab League there won't be any oil embargo. You are ignoring official statements from those governments, and the world political balance today. Who do you think stands between Saddam and the Saudis? The good ol' USA.

There is a peace process here. Israel is dealing in good faith and so are the Palestineans. There are serious issues and historic animosities, but both parties know that the Palestineans have rights, and the US is proactive.

You keep coming up with a crashing dollar, soaring gold, oil embargoes...Your political forcasts have a dismal record. Quit scaring people.
