I think CSCO is entering a self-imposted quiet period before earnings so I don't think they'll respond.. and I also belive that is precisely why Barrons released this piece when they did. If I recall they used the same timing on the last piece. It had a severe impact in that CSCO's stellar earnings report was met with a yawn. What could help is the rumor that CSCO will be added to the DOW.
