The terms IS-97-D and IS-98-D are new to me. Does IS-97-D = HDR Phase one (1xEV-DO) and IS-98-D = HDR Phase two which exist at least in requirements form if not actual draft? Are you familiar with this nomenclature for a new Interim Standard? - Eric -
