DJ Interwoven Buys -2: Deals To Be Completed In 4Q >IWOV

SUNNYVALE, Calif. (Dow Jones)--Interwoven Inc. (IWOV) will buy the
privately-held Metacode Technologies and Ajuba Solutions.
In a press release, Interwoven said it will buy Metacode for $150 million of
its own stock and stock options, and will buy Ajuba Solutions options for
$31 million in stock and stock options.
Interwoven expects to close both deals in the fourth quarter.
Interwoven provides content management software.
Metacode develops content tagging and taxonomy technology.
Ajuba develops XML technology.
