<The SEC is going after the "easy targets">...I agree Tom...Lebeds lawyer told it straight... "this young man did not do anything that isn't being done on Wall street everyday and to prosecute him for this is absolutely ludicrous...." The sec must also agree or they would have tried to make him give it all back and then some... I also think that the tag line about the federal government still investigating and he could end up in a federal detention center...is a crock...won't happen...
