Someone just mentioned recent push out by INTC (yes, labor shortage <g>).

Unless you have data to back this claim up, it is entirely without merit. INTC said this past week on their CC that they were on allocation in many areas. Intel's main problem this year has been a lack of capacity, not an oversupply of it.
