Reason does not demand that we question the beliefs of others, unless those others demand that we accept their beliefs. If someone tells me that they believe in Zeus, Allah, God, or the Great Pumpkin, I won't challenge their belief. If they try to tell me that Z, A, G, or the G.P. are real, that their word should be law, or that I should believe, then it is appropriate to question.
