Joe-- Um, what exactly was the Good News here? I don't see any. Who do we imagine is gonna buy these new shares? And warrants? Know what I'd like? I'd like to see the company declare bankruptcy and go into receivership NOW, before more damage is done. Something might just be salvaged from this mess if a competent person were put in charge and Kelly were fired, kicked upstairs, or whatever. Though it could be too late even for that to help. It remains, however, the only possible solution to the problem. Unfortunately it appears that Kelly won't ever admit that he's screwed up hopelessly, and should now bow out, gracefully or not.
