I agree that eventually earnings will be the proof of the pudding, and WS can't ignore those forever. However, my impression is that the Street is very much of a 'you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours' environment. As gnet hasn't scratched many WS backs, as far as I know, I'm just wondering if there's enough vindictiveness out there that WS is now punishing insp for jumping in bed with renegade gnet. Of course this is all pure conjecture.
