Seems to me Mark it was a response in kind. GUMM is no more likely to run out of cash this year than are you to jump off a roof. So they used equity to manage cash flow. Isn't that called capitalism. I know I've seen it done before(pretty common when one is growing the company). The fact remains they have no debt. I know that the shorts have decided to make life difficult for this little company because they think they can. All things being equal, they could. Thing is, I don't think they are equal. P.S. Another revelation. In my opinion Zicam is too big for GUMM by themselves. Yeah, they can make a profit in the cold season if that were the only goal. Also, if they had a hoard of cash there would be no need for a marketing partner.
