I am not sure why you present the choices that are at best tangential to the issue at hand, which in most cases is:
A. a woman kills the baby
B. a woman goes through some discomfort and delivers the baby

PS: my opinion on the subject is not really settled, so I am not going to argue one way or another. But obfuscation with words "fetus", "abort", "choice" or some extreme cases (rape, birthdefect etc) doesn't really help make the issue clearer.
