Yeah, but calling it a baby forces humanization to the argument. By scientific definition, it's an embryo until a certain stage, then it's a fetus until a certain stage, then it's a baby, then a toddler, then a skinhead, then an adult, then a geriatric, then food for the next generation of babies.
Referring to a one month old ("from conception") fetus as a "baby" is probably as dishonest as referring to a one month old ("out of the womb") baby as a fetus.
I mean, I'm certainly not an embryo. You can feel free to call me this, but that doesn't make it true. :P

Yeah, I side slightly more with you on this one.
That being said, my opinion on the whole abortion issue can be thusly summarized: I have no idea whether or not or how much it should be banned from a basis of morality, but I do think that a great idea would be to further efforts in curtailing the need for it.
