Dresden expansion.
I have been in communication with AMD over this. I have traded e-mails with Jens Drews, who is the PR Manager for AMD, Europe. Here is his most recent reply:

So, while there is an expansion at the Dresden fab, it is not expected to increase the capacity at all, even though the cleanroom is going to be bigger. So either a) this was planned all along, b) they are sandbagging, or c) this space will be used to handle alien artifacts from a UFO that crashed.

Any other ideas?
