Good morning Ed, I have been invested in the smaller cap oil and gas sector over the past year as well and have been quite happy with the results as I am sure you have.

What I'm trying to figure out is where one might rotate funds in an attempt to maximize returns heading forward.

Trader Mikes thread makes me think T bills or cash might be the investment of choice assuming things get pretty dicey. A big down market would probably take everything with it. No where to hide so to speak.

I'm looking for a rally of sorts into year end. Recession fall 2001 and whom ever wins the election will only be around one term and end up taking the blame for everything. God, that Clinton is a magician he's going to slip out at just the right time.

Regards
