RE: Very old news - I remember hearing a call on the show asking him about this and he said he had always been up front & had made this disclosure. Sorry, but I completely disagree with you. He NEVER DISCLOSED his fiduciary responsibility, only that he was a shareholder. You just are not correct. Further, wouldn't you agree that, to avoid any confusion/misunderstanding this information would have been disclosed in PRINT via his newsletter as he was making these BUY recommendations of UTEK? So, there you are, you tell me which MarketTimer has this information, and then i will shut-up.
