You asked the magic question.

I am no guru by any means, but I started in stocks in
1973 when I was still in college. I still remember
what it was like in the Nixon scandal days and how it
affected the markets. Not directly, of course, but
the psychology plus nobody in Washington was focused
on anything but Watergate, so the economy was ignored.

What a disaster.

Looking forward, Mike could be right. I am also looking
for a rally into which I can sell at the right time, and
of course that implies that I hope I didn't miss it.

In spite of the deteriorating fundamentals looking forward,
I hope that the Brinker call works out to give us the exit
point that we need.

Back to work.
