Sandeep, Balmer may be saying internet junks are overvalued with 90% going bust & MSFT is undervalued. He will never say MSFT is undervalued. I think he doesn't like the exuberance in internet stocks as that leads to problems like recruiting top talent.

I am told several folks who left Microsoft last year during the internet startup craze are now looking for jobs and internally employees at Microsoft are feeling good about staying where they are.
