Andreas, it's true that a 12% improvement from memory interface alone would be impressive enough, but it's pretty hard to say if the Apollo Pro 266 is otherwise equivalent to the 133 version, there may have been other things fixed on the way.

Anyway, the buzz sure seems to be building on the AMD 760 and Mustang. Are they supposed to be announced together? I went searching for Mustang info and rumors yesterday, and found nothing even vaguely concrete.

On another front, I noticed via jc's news that Paul DeMone has made a rather bold proclamation on P4 performance in aceshardware.com . This seems somewhat in contrast to the latest benchmark rumorage JC posted today in jc-news.com, alluding to jc-news.com and jc-news.com . We'll see soon enough, or maybe not. The P4 may be more impressive in the vapors than when the atmosphere clears.

Cheers, Dan.
