Gene, the chipset line goes with the latest alleged ship date of the P4, week 48, reported in theregister.co.uk . It should be easier for Intel to crank up volume on the patched chipset than the P4, as I doubt those chips are supersized like the P4 itself. Still, the schedule seems pretty tight, 7 weeks or so from the patched chipset entering production to the launch. It'll be interesting to watch. It'll also be good to finally get some real numbers on P4 performance, after the months of rumors and speculation. Cheers, Dan.
