I listened to the conference call and found Connie to be extremely weak and the Chairman of the Board from Readers Digest to be good, if not technical, which creates an interesting situation IMHO. How did they develop the good technology with this leadership, pretty impressive if you ask me! Imagine where this stock would go if they recovered and growth returned allowing the hiring of a technology leader at CEO. Wonder if they have one on board? My summary take was that Connie did not know how to respond to all the lawsuits and the fuss about the stock price.
