Not really... the issue is the expense to CSCO. Seems like everyone here believes CSCO prints the shares. I have seen no documentation anywhere that suggests that CSCO prints the shares ... which if they did would be dilutive but not an expense.

But what if!! CSCO owns shares? What if these shares have a cost basis of a buck? Is there a cap gain?.. and a tax gain on the employee exercise?
