The underlying fact is that the Bull market is over. Until Earnings stop decelerating and start re-acelerating we will have a rough market enviroment. If everyone wants to be in Denial, so be it. in 1989 the Japenese didnt think anything was wrong, nor did Americans in 1987. Its always at the top that the future looks so rosey! The fact remains that there are serious liquidity problems in the bond markets, Overvaluation in Tech stocks, a slowing economy, and rising gas and inflation. I dont know if there will be a financial collapse, but a recession in 12-24 months is almost a certanty. There is overcapacity in Internet, bandwith, Dram chips this trend is in the 2nd inning. Channels are being stuffed, and quarters are being made. How long will the DAM hold?
