There are numerous places.

For yet another, go to the Consolidated Statements of Shareholders' Equity on page 45 of the 10-K

The shares outstanding balance as of 31 July 1999 was 6,821. In the adjustments, there are 3 items:

Issuance of common stock--219mm shares
Poolings of interest acquisitions--20mm shares
Purchase acquisitions--78mm shares

Next, go to the dollar line for the largest of those items. Those 219mm shares generated a cash inflow of $1,564mm. The price per share is thus a little more than $7. There are your dilutive options.
