Gary, RE: The discussion is where the employee option shares come from and their cost to CSCO.

They print them, that's where they come from. Where else could they come from? Hold shareholders at gun point and force them to give an employee their shares?

Their cost is subjective. I cost them at a guess of the market value of those options when they are awarded. Parish costs them at their actual market value of the shares assuming all are exercised.
