Wonder how the other Gore supporters will come down on this one:

Curley lawyer to file documents sent to killer

By Associated Press, 10/23/00

BOSTON -- The lawyer for the parents of Jeffrey Curley, the 10-year-old boy kidnapped and murdered by two men in 1997, will file hundreds of documents in federal court that allegedly were sent to one of the killers by a group that advocates sex between men and boys.

Lawyer Lawrence W. Frisoli said he will file the documents sent to Charles Jaynes by the North American Man/Boy Love Association Monday. Frisoli also plans to file e-mails and other records between NAMBLA and its members.

Barbara and Robert Curley sued the organization for $200 million in May saying it caused their son's death.

"These e-mail records clearly prove NAMBLA is a criminal organization," Frisoli said.

Frisoli's move is in response to a motion filed by the American Civil Liberties Union, which said there is not enough documentation to prove NAMBLA is a criminal organization

The ACLU is defending NAMBLA.

Jeffrey was kidnapped and murdered in October 1997, and his body was disposed of in a Maine river. Jaynes and Salvatore Sicari are both serving life sentences in his death.
