You keep talking about false statements. Please show me one false statement made by pluvia. The only person making false statements is Zaki.
Please link me to one false statement pluvia made. And be ready to prove it is false."

Okay - here you are:
From the Pluvia press release -
Terayon's products are based solely on a technology called S-CDMA (synchronous code division multiple access).
From the TERN website:

terayon.com

Terayon's product families include:

* TeraComm S-CDMA broadband cable access systems based on Synchronous-Code Division Multiple Access technology.

* TeraComm DOCSIS broadband cable access systems for networks based on the DOCSIS (data over cable system interface specification) standard.

* CherryPicker digital video management systems (statistical re-multiplexers) for cable, terrestrial and satellite video services operators.

* TeraView system management and monitoring software."

You'll note that there was no reply to the accepted challenge. So it is that I see that your "report" contained a false statement. False then, false now. As I recall, within days of your "report", TERN's DOCSIS modem product started selling through "The Wiz" chain stores in NYC. But you informed investors, as per above, that TERN's cable modem products were based solely on S-CDMA. Furthermore, you clearly implied that if they didn't develop a DOCSIS product, they'd be dead in the water. I'll be darned, truth was they already had DOCSIS approved modems for sale, and in fact they were and are a chosen party to the DOCSIS standards body development effort itself.

Posting a negative view and including nothing but the negative view is one thing, but posting blatantly false and highly misleading information, as you clearly did, is quite another matter.

So, you care to discuss it openly now, finally? I'll welcome finally hearing of your defense!

Freedom works,

Dan B
