I like the complaint where the stylus scratched the PDA screen, LOL, even my Palm V stylus will scratch the screen, it's very common for a small piece of dirt to get between the stylus and the screen, thus leaving permanent a scratch in it.

There is a product that will solve scratched PDA screens:
commerce.was-inc.com

Tech support from Palm recomended this product to me.

When I first bought my Palm V last year, it died the first day. Took it back to Future Shop and they replaced it.

All products have problems, that's why all companies that sell products have a TECH support and customer service department.
