Pete, have to agree with Charles on the Kryotech thing.
Maybe some token PR, but really, who wants a frickin COMPRESSOR in their pc case?
And what's the upgrade path with one of those things? Can you swap motherboards, processors, and just 'snap on' that cooling attachment?
So, hmmm, I can't see many being sold, but it might be good for PR, although here too, there's a problem:
Response, "big deal, it's an overclocked chip with special cooling."
Re: Response, "but we provide an AMD-backed warranty"
So now it's an argument about warranties on overclocked chips... hard to get much out of that, especially if the P4 has any headroom itself with special cooling.
