Same thoughts, Neocon... and speaking of when is it slavery, and when is it not....? Unfortunately, throughout time, slavery has been 'there'. Slaves were permitted no income, and therefore, the "master or state" took 100% of the income/or labor.... I wonder at what point today does society in general think the top 50% of taxpayers (who pay 95+% of the income tax) are slaves? Is 80% of their income too much to take? 70%? 60%? 50%... You are completely right....our present tax codes are robbery....And eventually, everyone will come to call it that.... And then what? Atlas Shrugged... When one takes in excess of 50% of someone's property and/or income, it cannot be anything other than robbery, no reasonable person would agree to such treatment.
