Tae, If you want to take the lead role in a letter to Eli and the management at SanDisk I would be happy to relinquish this duty. I had two question that I wanted to have addressed. One of them relates to a recent post of yours. That is, is cash on hand (and free cash flow from operations) currently sufficient to cover the capital expenditures for the proposed JV's (FlashVision and Digital Portal) and Tower Semi investments. How will these be expensed? My second question relates to MMC. Does SanDisk own the sole licensing rights for flash RAM MMC? Please clarify the current relationship with Infineon. Will the outcome of the defense of the '987 patent affect the licensure of MMC? I can forward to you (anonymously) the other p-mails I have received. Ausdauer
