thanks for the reponse The interesting thing he called attention to was the big bucks going into 3G spectrum auctions TODAY in Europe Anyone have any knowledge whether one dollar, pound, frank or mark was paid by service providers to respective governments so as to ascertain whether interest is accumulating? Sorry this is somewhat off topic Voop
