Tae and Aus, I think a collaborative effort will product the best results, and the most signatories. I, for one, would have to agree to the letter prior to it's being sent before I would add my name to the list. As far as process, I would suggest that folks send their suggestion to one of you who could volunteer to copy them to the other, you can collaborate on the letter, then submit it to the thread for those who agree and want to participate. The letter will be from the signatories, so it is not important who drafts the final document. On the surface, this whole thing sounds silly. But I think SanDisk could use some focused suggestions to improve stockholder returns, and there are some informed folks on this thread. I think they might take the specific suggestions seriously. I think this is a good idea. John
