I wrote a long reply to the three questions recently posted but apparently forgot to hit submit. Here's a recap: TD LEAPs were delisted during the transition from Toronto to Montreal because of low volume and even less interest.
I don't know of a specific place to find the TSE or i60 index with NT capped at 10%, but I do seem to remember Bill Carrigan talking about it a few weeks ago. For my money he's the best Canadian technical analyst, and you can find him every Sunday in, of all places, the Toronto Star.

Daniel, you're correct that clearing fees make it unattractive for specialists to take you out at parity. In my case, even five cents is a little thin. What you might try is asking your broker to do it. Don't laugh, if they want your business, they'll do it. In Toronto it was common practice for one firm, in my view the best discounter, to do so. If you don't ask, you don't get.
