His battery probably ran out on his Palm VII so he didnt have access to mapquest.com to your home. Hey life aint perfect but at least we arent talking about reverse splits, registering your shares, price of gold, special faxes, etc. Covad is a real company. As for using your bathroom, I have no clue why he had too. Have no idea why Covad technicians cant get it straight. LOL Jane
