There isn't really any basis for your speculation re LEXR. First, the case could have been continued for any number of reasons, most likely because the judge is trying another case or because one or more of the parties need a little more time. Yes, of course, it's possible that they are close to a settlement, but there really isn't any way to know that.

Second, as for SNDK getting nothing if they win, that's just wrong. LEXR has $50 million in cash plus some valuable technology.
