Ok got it and here it is: Baxter sold the system (Isolex) to Nexell Theraputics, Inc., It was originally CellPro's. In July 1999 the FDA approved the company's Isolex system which was a mirror image of CellPro's. Baxter won the court case and CelPro patents were turned over to Baxter which came out with the devise called Isolex which they sold to Nexell. Now Nexell stock price is very depressed, however I would keep an eye on the research as the "machine" for seperating cancerous cells from normal cells might be very promising.
