excardog, I believe your experience is probably typical of desirable areas to live, work and play....From my personal experiences and what I gather from other sources.. A little town just above us, Truckee Ca.. has been over run with hi tech money from the Bay area freezing many locals out of affordable housing.. . It's just the way it goes, I guess.. Good luck in your decision.. We are also currently thinking of taking the money and running.. coug
