But we are not talking about OTC. Could you please explain why a move from NAZ to NYSE will affect short sellers ? You know darn well what I mean Curtis E. Bemis. Quit being difficult and acknowledge my point. I know that you know darn well about the uptick rules, marketmaker/dealer position rules, and such. I am not going to get into it again with you. I was pointing out to the board that THERE ARE DIFFERENCES. Are you claiming that there are not? Anyway, I will decline further questions as you seem to think that the rules are identical - which is not accurate. Admit it.
