Aus, I agree completely with Craig's previous post. It is the royalty subject which I believe should be the main point of the letter. This is the great unknown and what is most important to the stock price. The CC replay has already been addressed. Someone posted an email from Sharon saying they are working on it. The web site issue is relatively minor. Should it be updated? Absolutely. Does the issue have the importance of the royalties? Not even close. Eli addressed the code vs data storage last CC. It does need to be repeated to The Street, but it is not worth reiterating in The Letter. Stick with the royalty issue. It is by far the most important. IMHO Jay
