You are correct , however it does puzzle me why would the other JV's walk away from this project if they new there was something worth perfing ?
It does raise questions of Trils behavior considering none of these players had the cash to jack around searching for the holy grail ! "A bird in the hand is worth more than two in this bush"
There could conceivably be far reaching consequences if this was deemed reckless or incompetent behavior !
