My question was why I can not say something like "I suggest you buy LU at $29" (I made up this number for the purpose of illustration). Or is this really illegal? This is free speech in my opinion. I think anyone should be able to say anything about securities. Those with a licence (financial advisors) would be trusted (to a certain extent) while those without licence would not be trusted (to some extent as well).
