Never. Guts are important. Brains are a sine qua non. So is a sense of humor. Size matters. Being able to lick his eyebrows doesn't hurt.

Can't speak for men but I know for a fact that some men think intelligence is attractive, and given the choice between a gorgeous but dumb woman and a good-looking and intelligent woman will choose the latter. Being able to suck the chrome off a trailer hitch doesn't hurt.
